The commercial products are sold on an "As-Is" basis. I do not offer refunds. I cannot be held responsible for damage done during shipment so please, BUY INSURANCE!
The hair clips are as-is, no returns, no refunds due to health reasons.
Jewelry can be exchanged only, and only for reasons such as the bracelet's length is a tad bit too short and doesn't fit, or you ordered a blue bracelet & received an orange one. The latter hasn't happened to me yet, but remember, I have six kids! Just be happy I didn't accidentally send you one of them! ;) I'm kidding, of course. I will handle each jewelry case individually so that everyone is happy with the transaction.
